Chronic Fatigue Fibromyalgia has symptoms that can last for six months or more in his characterized by complete exhaustion.  There are a few symptoms one can find with this debilitating disease in these include concentration problems, memory problems, muscle pain, headache, trouble sleeping, sore throat and malaise.

Chronic Fatigue Fibromyalgia, on the other hand, is a syndrome that is characterized by pain on several tender points of the body. People who have it commonly suffer from insomnia and fatigue. This condition is caused by dysfunction of the immune system or the hypothalamus. The inadequacy of certain body nutrients also contributes to the disease. Fibromyalgia develops very slowly over the years. And this alone makes the disease difficult to diagnose.

Both of these diseases can occur with different levels of severity and require medical attention.  As you can imagine they are quite difficult to diagnose and there are no laboratory tests that definitely confirm that you have these diseases.  Most treatments use an all-inclusive approach which can include alternative medicines as well as pharmaceuticals.  With this disease important for the patient to be able to determine which treatment works best for them.

The treatment of chronic fatigue fibromyalgia should be carried out on the first signs of the disease. For starters, a highly nutritious diet should be in order. The energy required of a person with chronic fatigue/fibromyalgia is found on foods rich in Vitamin B or in several supplement capsules that are available at most drug stores.

Getting enough solid sleep is another way to relieve fatigue.  Oftentimes, a symptom of this disease is that people with it have trouble sleeping and when they do get to sleep it is not a good restful sleep so not as refreshing as it should be.

And lastly, the body pains associated with the disease have to be addressed. This is done through taking medications in the form of drug or herbs. Your doctor should be able to prescribe one to you. You might need to switch from one pill to another though, just to determine which drug is most beneficial to you, but always with the guidance of your doctor.
